Dr Thakur Thussu is an alumnus of the prestigious department of Burns plastic, Maxillofacial and microvascular surgery, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.

He joined the famous department in 2009 as a senior resident and went on to pursue MCH from there from 2010 to 2013.

Upon finishing his Superspecialization Dr. Thakur Thussu worked for one year as a fellow in Plastic, Hand Microvascular Surgery in Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore. Ganga Hospital is considered as a Mecca of trauma, Hand, Microvascular surgery and limb salvage surgery not only in India but worldwide.

This experience was followed by three years of surgical work as a consultant in Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar which is a well Known for its Plastic Surgery in North India especially for limb salvage and Microvascular surgery.

Since middle of 2017 he has been working in Himachal Pradesh, Kangra, Dharamshala and Palampur as an independent consultant and is redering cutting edge care to the people of this region.
